No lease, short term private rooms in Honolulu

The Plumeria consists of two, three or four bedroom apartments which share a common bathroom and full kitchen. Each apartment is shared by 2-4 house mates. Each bedroom is rented separately.
The price depends upon length of stay and the level of service in the room, such as: number of housemates, cable television or a small in room refrigerator.
All utilities included, weekly housekeeping service of bathroom and kitchen, free wifi, on site laundry, outside smoking only.
Stays of 1-4 weeks:
For less than 4 weeks the prices range from $225 per week for a single to $350 for a double room for 2 people.
If you have a plane ticket on island for the day you check in, you can reserve a short stay room for up to 3 weeks without the application process.
If you are currently on island you will need to complete the application process for short stays.
Security Deposit:
Reservation Paid in full at check in = $250.
Reservation Paid weekly = $500.
For stays of 4 weeks to 26 weeks:
The private bedrooms range in price from $170.00 per week for a single to $250 per week for a single for rentals 6 weeks or longer.
Residential rooms require an application (work and rental history verification) and interview for placement with the appropriate housemates. The application process CAN NOT be started until you are on island.
Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required.
Plumeria's location is very convenient. We are on Piikoi, between King and Beretania Streets. The Bus routes 1,2 & 13 pass by us every 10 minutes or so. Two supermarkets (Safeway & Times) are within a block of us; and Walmart is three blocks away. Ala Moana Beach Park is .7 mile down Piikoi St.
